Chemflow contains over 8.3 ft of PTFE membrane surrounded by components made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Our proven PTFE membrane combined with the HDPE supports leads to exceptional performance for the filtration of compatible Semiconductor Grade chemicals (UHP). Each Chemflow cartridge is manufactured and integrity tested in a certified Class 10,000 cleanroom to assure consistent performance and quality.
