Clariflow-E mini-cartridges deliver high-purity water and solvents for semiconductor and microelectronics applications. The mirrored anisotropic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane provides superior fluid flow rates, extended on-stream life, and highly efficient removal of organic and inorganic particulates that can impact process quality.

The mini-cartridges are available in a choice of three sizes allowing users to match the filters to the batch size and minimize the hold-up volume. Cost savings result from the reduction of lost product, and by scaling the process properly avoiding wasting excess filter capacity.
