The Clariflow Electronics Grade cartridge has been
developed and optimized for the Semiconductor and
Electronics industries to filter high purity chemicals and
ultrapure water.

Clariflow's unique mirrored-anisotropic Polyethersulfone
(PES) membrane has exceptionally high flow rates and long
on-stream life, and provides consistent removal of both
organic and inorganic particulates.

This PES membrane and all-polypropylene supportive
structure result in a cartridge with low ionic and organic
extractables, broad chemical compatibility, and a high
resistance to hydrolysis, thus minimizing particle shedding.
Clariflow is inherently hydrophilic and contains no added
surfactants or wetting agents. Each cartridge is fabricated
in a cleanroom environment, pre-flushed with 18 megohmcm
ultrapure deionized water, and 100% integrity tested
during production.
